Day 1 Munnar Arrival at Cochin and drive to Munnar(Approx 145 kms), following a journey through spectacular countryside. And you will arrive in the hill-station of Munnar, situated in the heart of the Cardamom Hills, at an altitude of 1700m. Munnar is surrounded by endless green, rolling hills and 30 of the world’s highest tea estates. On arrival check in to the Hotel, and in the evening stroll through the tea estates. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2 Munnar After breakfast proceed for sightseeing Munnar which includes the Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty dam, you can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional). Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 Thekkady After breakfast drive to Thekkady, (Approx 100 kms) South India’s most popular wild life sanctuary, its home to bison, wild elephant, boar, languor, the great Indian tiger and more. On arrival check in to the Hotel. Afternoon you can go for boat cruise in the Lake to watch wild animals. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 4 Kumarakom After breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Kumarakom (approx 165 kms),the charming emerald peninsula jutting into the ever-effervescent Vembanad Lake takes you into the heart of the scenic lake where you'll come across plenty of traditional country crafts, boats and canoes. Kumarakom offers nature's best with its virgin forest backwaters. Slumbers on the banks of Vembanad Lake, which weaves an enchanting web with its canals, streams and distributaries, Kumarakom is a place fit for those quiet and intimate moments when you just want to be with yourself in tranquility and peace. On arrival check in to the Resort. Overnight at the Resort.
Day 5 Houseboat (Kumarakom) After breakfast embark to an Exclusive Deluxe houseboat to enjoy the backwater cruise. Alleppey is a place fit for those quiet and intimate moments when you just want to be with yourself in tranquility and peace. The fresh water of the lake runs into the mainland making a labyrinth of lagoons, brooks, canals and waterways. The backwater houses a variety of species of both fauna and flora. They are rich with marine life namely the exclusive ' Karimeen' (pearl spotted fish), Konju (tiger prawns), Njandu (crabs), Chemeen (prawns) and many more. Overnight in the houseboat.
Day 6 Departure After breakfast transfer to Cochin Airport or Railway Station for the departure.
